Contacting Hyperspace Arcade Services can be done in several ways:
1. E-Mail us at Scott@HyperspaceArcade.com any time, day or night. Due to incredibly heavy workload in recent months, is it highly suggested to try to contact us first via E-Mail, as it allows us to answer your message after hours if need be, 24 hours a day. All e-mail will be returned within 24 hours, usually much sooner. If you do not get a reply within 24 hours, we either did not receive your e-mail or our reply landed in your Bulk Mail folder, so please try again or call us.
2. Call us at (940) 231-1211. Please, no phone calls prior to 9am. If we are unable to pick up, please leave us a voicemail with your full name, location, reason for your call, and best callback number. We do not call back numbers that do not leave a voicemail. Please note that due to heavy workload, the best days to call us are Sunday or Monday. We cannot guarantee being able to call back on other days of the week due to a full repair appointment schedule and we are closed on Fridays. We suggest E-Mail as the best option for reaching us at the present time.
