![]() Things often get busy here at Hyperspace Arcade, leaving us with many common questions on the best way to reach us. We have put up this section to hopefully help with those handful of customers who seem to have a difficult time reaching us. * Q: I sent you an e-mail but I did not get a reply * A: 100% of received e-mail is answered within 24 hours, except on Fridays, when we are closed, or on rare occasions when we are otherwise not open, such as certain holidays, or because of illness, etc. If you did not get a reply from us, please check your Bulk Mail folder. Sometimes our Spambots will catch a customer's e-mail as well, so you may also try sending from another address or by taking out a signature that our e-mail program might use to ID you as spam. If all else fails, our Contact section has numerous other ways to try to reach us. We do not, nor have we ever, just not answer an e-mail received. If we get the e-mail, we answer it, we just cannot control where it goes after that. * Q: I called you and did not get a call back * A: As stated, it can sometimes be difficult to reach us by telephone, but we do make every effort to call people back as soon as we can. Please make sure that you called the correct phone number listed on this website. That is the ONLY number to call and reach us. We have had assistants in the past who handled calls for us, and have learned at times that customers were still calling those numbers and wondering why they did not hear back. Also be sure to leave a voicemail, as we simply will not call back a number that does not leave a voicemail message. The best days to reach us by telephone are Sundays and Mondays and sometimes Thursdays, as we do not answer the phone while doing On-Site Repairs for other customers as that is not fair to them while we are on their time. It is actually a running joke around here, as the phone only seems to ring when we cannot answer it, but does not do so when fully able to. Also, please note, we are closed on Fridays. If all else fails, e-mail is often the best option to try to reach us. * Q: Your e-mail is bouncing back * A: Rare, but we have been told this. First, make sure the e-mail address was properly spelled. Our e-mail server has no limit, but anything online will have a problem from time to time, so please simply try again or another method to reach us. * Q: Can I come by to speak to you in person? * A: Not at our office address. To keep overhead low, we currently operate our office at our residence, and we cannot have people coming there. We can meet you at our shop by appointment on Sundays, Mondays, and Thursdays when we are there if you wish to speak. * Q: I contacted you through a message board you frequent and didn't hear back * A: Contacting us by a message board post or message is far from effective. We simply do not have time to check every post or message on a message board each day. Best ways to reach us are e-mail, telephone, or if you've purchased from us on eBay, via eBay's mail program. Those are the only three things we check each day. * Q: I called you about a pinball/jukebox/crane repair and did not get a call back * A: That is because we only service arcade video games as shown, and do not service those types of equipment.
