Hyperspace Arcade Entertainment is proud to present the original dirt digging adventure - Dig Dug!
This classic arcade title was created by Namco and marketed in the US by Atari, and features the character Dig Dug, armed with only a quick acting shovel and an air pump, as he tries to eliminate the pests of the underground: The Pooka and the fire-breathing Fygar.
This machine has been given a treatment like only Hyperspace Arcade Entertainment can do.
* Totally Rebuilt Monitor! - The classic Electrohome G07 monitor has been removed, clean, and rebuilt with an all-new high voltage flyback, new horizontal output transistor, all new capacitors, new fuses, and redone solder joints. The result is a crisp, clean, colorful monitor with a picture as good as the day it was made.
* Rebuilt Power Supply - The original Atari power supply has been rebuilt with a new main filter cap, new bridge rectifer, all new capacitors, redone solder joints, a new voltage regulator, and a brand new power cord! All voltages have been adjusted and tested to ensure perfect and clean voltages to all the right places!
* Brand New Control Panel Overlay! - The control panel overlay has been replaced with a brand new silkscreened reproduction, with the right colors, texture, and materials. It looks just like the original! Beware other sellers who find it's ok to use inferior inkjet artwork on a game... we only use reproduction items if they are identical in all ways to the originals!
* New Paint! - All dark areas of the cabinet have been cleaned, prepped, and repainted with a satin black to make the game look like it did when new!
* Fantastic Original Art! - All cabinet art is still in excellent condition and has been deep cleaned to bring out the bright colors. Only very minor dings populate the original colorful side art, which is free of fading and yellowing even after decades! The original marquee and monitor glass are in outstanding shape for any age!
* All new lighting! - The marquee light and coin door lights have been replaced with bright new bulbs.
* All new t-molding! - The black t-molding trim has been replaced across the entire cabinet!
* Totally cleaned insides! - The game has been cleaned of years of dust and garbage in the bottom like all our machines.
* New locks and keys installed. Working coin mechs and coin box included as well! Beware of other arcade game sellers that don't include these, or even worse, want to grossly overcharge you extra to include them! We include them with all the games we sell!

This Professionally Refurbished machine comes with a FREE 90-day warranty on all parts we worked on. This is the same warranty this machine came with new in 1985! Most arcade game sellers only sell games "as-is" or want to charge you extra for a warranty. Hyperspace Arcade Entertainment doesn't think you need to pay extra for someone to stand behind their work, so we warranty the game FOR FREE!
