Hyperspace Arcade Services is proud to present a truly hard to find game - Stern and Konami's The End!
The End is a very scarce classic-era piece, making Konami's first game release ever in the United States! Similar to Galaxian in some respects, The End features the player trying to protect the enemy aliens from gathering the materials they need to bring The End to us all!
In addition to being truly hard to locate, this machine has been given a treatment like only Hyperspace Arcade Services can do.
* Totally Rebuilt Monitor! - A rebuilt Wells Gardner K7000 series monitor is installed, shopped out with new capactiors, solder joints, and other key parts. The resulting picture is as bright and crisp as it was in 1981!
* Brand New Power Supply! - The original power supply was removed and replaced with a modern day switching power supply retrofit to ensure years of proper voltage and power.
* New Paint! - The black sections of the cabinet, including the front, sides, inside around the monitor, and even the top and back, have been repainted for a fresh new look!
* All new lighting! - The marquee light and coin door lights have been replaced with bright new bulbs. The special light inside the machine, a hard to find white-blacklight that makes the background glow, has been replaced as well. New ballasts and starters ensure these lights will keep working for some time.
* New T-Molding! - New black leather texture t-molding was installed cleanly on the cabinet.
* Totally cleaned insides! - The game has been cleaned of years of dust and garbage in the bottom like all our machines.
* New locks and keys installed. Working coin mechs and coin box included as well! Beware of other arcade game sellers that don't include these, or even worse, want to grossly overcharge you extra to include them! We include them with all the games we sell!

This Professionally Refurbished machine comes with a FREE 90-day warranty on all parts we worked on. This is the same warranty this machine came with new in 1980! Most arcade game sellers only sell games "as-is" or want to charge you extra for a warranty. Hyperspace Arcade Services doesn't think you need to pay extra for someone to stand behind their work, so we warranty the game FOR FREE!
Cost is to now be determined by the winning eBay bid plus 8.25% sales tax for Texas residents. Machine is located in Denton, TX, right at the top of the "golden triangle" between Dallas and Fort Worth. Just take either side of I-35 North to get to us from anywhere in the Metroplex. Pick up days are Sunday, Monday, and Thursday.
