Hyperspace Arcade Entertainment goals include keeping overhead as low as possible so they can provide the best service and products at the best possible prices. However, with the price of fuel, On-Site Repair Services faced a decision.

Rather than raise prices all around to compensate for record gas prices, Hyperspace Arcade chose to charge customers for just the fuel used to get to them. On-Site Repair days have appointments booked as close together as possible to help minimize the Mileage charges, which are charged based only on the miles we travelled to get to that appointment that day. For example, if you live in Garland we will try to schedule you while already booked in a nearby area such as Mesquite or Plano if at all possible to keep the miles we have to travel to you as low as we can.

Current Mileage charges are 39 cents per mile (effective 5-27-08), below the national average for companies charging for similar mileage reasons. This fee doesn't make us any money but rather helps us cover our gasoline costs so that we can continue to provide On-Site Repair services and keep our overall prices far below the industry average.
