Step 1: The Diagnostic Visit
We provide service to all of the Dallas/Fort Worth/Denton areas, as well as outlying areas up to 200 miles away, even East Texas areas such as Tyler and Longview!

Our first step is the Diagnostic Visit, which is booked first. On this first visit we will look over the entire game from head to toe, checking and testing every point in the game including the monitor, power supply, main boardset, controls, coin door, lighting, and whatever else is needed. This visit not only allows us to find the TRUE cause of the problem(s) reported, but also allows us to catch any other upcoming problems in your machines before they become failures themselves!
Cost for the Diagnostic Visit is only $29 for the first game and $10 for each additional game we perform Diagnostics on during that same visit, plus a small mileage fee. At the end of the Diagnostic Visit we will provide a detailed written estimate of what work needs to be done and explain why, as we want our customers to understand exactly what is going on with their game. We will then set a date and time to come back and perform the work agreed upon. If the problem is a simple issue that can be fixed during the Diagnostic Visit without any parts there is no additional charge!
Step 2: The Repair Visit
Cost for the Diagnostic Visit is only $29 for the first game and $10 for each additional game we perform Diagnostics on during that same visit, plus a small mileage fee. At the end of the Diagnostic Visit we will provide a detailed written estimate of what work needs to be done and explain why, as we want our customers to understand exactly what is going on with their game. We will then set a date and time to come back and perform the work agreed upon. If the problem is a simple issue that can be fixed during the Diagnostic Visit without any parts there is no additional charge!
After the Diagnostic Visit has been done, we will return for the Repair Visit, where we shall set up a work area and perform the work right there On-Site.
Repair charges run $43 an hour, plus parts and a small mileage fee. Compare this to other repair companies who charge $65 or more per hour and won't do On-Site repairs! All work is done by an experienced and fully licensed arcade game repair technician.
The typical repair will take about an hour and the average repair bill per game will usually run under $100. Obviously there will be exceptions based on numerous problems or prices of parts that on some games are obsolete and/or priced high.
Both Diagnostic Visits and On-Site Repair Services are done only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. There is an average of a 10-14 day lead time on appointment bookings due to high demand for our services.
All work is warrantied for 90 days after the date of the work, covering the items that we worked on in the machine. Certain exclusions do apply.
When expecting us to arrive, please have the game(s) in a well lit area near a power source with some room to work. While we think children and pets are wonderful things, please make sure they stay clear of us while we work for safety reasons.
If you need to reschedule, please let us know 24 hours before the booking date. Late cancellations will result in a $30 fee. No-shows or cancellations once we arrive will result in a $30 fee plus the cost of gas to and from your location.
Sometimes a game will demonstrate other issues that could not be determined prior to the repair work just completed, such as a job where we might bring a monitor back to life only to discover that the motherboard is not working properly. In these cases, we will provide another estimate of what needs to be done from that point and schedule another return time.
Payment for private party work is due in full at the time of services rendered via check or cash. Business repairs can be billed with a due date of 21 days after the date of the work with prior approval. If you are a business, please let us know ahead of time if this is needed.
Texas state sales tax of 8.25% applies to all parts installed on your machine.
Hyperspace Arcade Services reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
