Hyperspace Arcade Entertainment was founded on the need for detailed and reliable arcade video game service in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area.  Unlike the others, we provide ON-SITE diagnosis and repair, and provide the most detailed repair work anywhere.

Other local repair companies often cut corners, doing as little as possible to repair your game, and leaving in old monitor and power supply parts that should have been replaced years or even decades ago.  Hyperspace Arcade Entertainment knows that you just want the machine to work, work right, and work for a long time, and will do all that is needed to be done to ensure just that, often for the same price or less than the "other guys" corner-cutting.

Hyperspace Arcade treats your machines as we would treat our own and only uses new quality parts whenever possible to repair your equipment.

First Step 

Hyperspace Arcade Entertainment first provides a Diagnostic Visit, where for only $29 (plus $10 for each addtional machine checked on the same visit), we come to your home or business and look over every part of your machine(s). 

We then provide a detailed explanation of your needs and provide a written estimate.  If parts need to be ordered, we will then also provide a return date to do the work.

If the repair does not require parts to be ordered or a second visit, the Diagnostic Visit covers 100% of the work.

Second Step 

Repair rates run $49 per hour plus parts, a far lower rate than the industry average.  Most repairs can be done in an hour to hour and a half, and the average repair bill per machine runs around $110.

Hyperspace Arcade Entertainment provides a 60 day warranty on any work we provided to your games.

(Nominal mileage fees may apply.  8.25% Texas State Sales Tax is added to all parts installed)
